The brewed cup Our first offering from Peru, this one comes from the San Ignacio District, a region known for it's specialty grade coffee. Juicy, with notes of chocolate and pistachio that, as the cup cools, fades to reveal cooked apple. Caramel notes abound as well. All combined, this is a wonderfully sweet coffee.
Somewhat poetically, this coffee is There's no other way to say it: This coffee is an extra hour of sunlight in the evenings.
With a giving rate of 6.24%, we're donating $21.49 this week. The money has been sent to Against Malaria Foundation.
We sourced this coffee for $4.93, which is 4.18x the market price at the time we bought it.
Since we started in May 2017, we've sold 1090 bags of coffee and donated $1670.85 to highly effective charities.
